EirLink is a free shipping app for Shopify merchants who send parcels from Ireland. It imports your unfulfilled orders as they are placed, prints labels through your own carrier accounts (An Post, DPD, GLS, UPS, DHL Express, FedEx), and pushes every tracking number straight back to the order.
It is a standalone dashboard built for dispatch work — big tables, batch actions, and print flows — rather than screens buried inside the Shopify admin.
What happens on your store
- New unfulfilled orders arrive in EirLink automatically via webhooks, and recent unfulfilled orders are backfilled when you first connect.
- When a label is created, the tracking number is written back to the order, the order is marked fulfilled, and Shopify sends your customer the standard shipping-confirmation email with live tracking.
- EirLink requests order and fulfilment permissions only — never products, pricing, or payments.
- Disconnect at any time from either side; nothing about your store's theme or checkout is touched.
Built around dispatch, not admin screens
Shipping is a queue job: see what has to go out today, print everything in one run, and trust that customers are told. EirLink's dashboard is built for exactly that — filter unshipped orders, generate labels in a batch, print, done.
Product weights, HS codes, and country of origin are read from your Shopify catalogue, so customs paperwork on international labels fills itself in. Set the fields once and forget them.
Beyond Shopify
Orders from markets, Etsy exports, or wholesale can be imported by CSV or keyed in manually. They join the same queue and get the same labels, the same tracking refresh, and the same dashboard.
Connect your store
- 1Install EirLink. Install from the Shopify App Store, or create an account at www.eirlink.ie and connect from Settings.
- 2Approve access. EirLink asks for order and fulfilment permissions only. Recent unfulfilled orders import immediately.
- 3Connect a carrier. Paste your An Post eCommHub API key, connect your DPD credentials, or both.
- 4Ship. Pick orders, generate labels in a batch, print, and hand parcels over. Tracking and fulfilment sync on their own.

How much does EirLink cost?
EirLink is free. Postage is billed by your carrier directly to your own account. EirLink adds no markup and processes no postage payments.
Does EirLink mark orders as fulfilled?
Yes. As soon as a label is created the tracking number is pushed to Shopify, the order is marked fulfilled, and Shopify sends your customer the shipping-confirmation email.
What access does EirLink request on my store?
Order and fulfilment permissions only. EirLink never requests access to products' pricing, customers beyond what shipping needs, or payments, and it never modifies your theme or checkout.
Which carriers can I ship with?
An Post (through your eCommHub account) and DPD Ireland (through your DPD account) today. Etsy and WooCommerce order sources are on the roadmap, and CSV import covers other channels now.
